before fire we have to we'll dry all terracotta pendent and beads , earrings .
then only we haven't get break . If u put with out dry terracotta jewellery , it will break

I have allergy to smoke and we live in a flat. So firing in coal pot outside is not an option. I bought this kiln and followed the timings given by htc kiln video exactly. Ie 45 +30+30( as rituji said ) but opened it after an hr. When i put them in water fr washing them off soot, some of them broke becoz they were not properly fired.
So next time i followed this timing 50min low heat+40 min med heat + 45 min high heat ..so in total 2 hr 15 min. And opened the kiln after 4-5 hrs. This time they r perfectly fired.
Just sharing my experience so that it might be useful to others like me. Have baked arnd 5 sets at a time and few extra beads too..
